What it is
One assistant, trained on your business, working every day.
It is a private AI assistant that runs on its own server, connected to your email and the tools you already use. It holds your business facts, your customers, your prices and your past decisions, and it does a fixed set of jobs for you on a schedule. You talk to it the way you would talk to a sharp assistant who has been with you a while: in plain words, without starting from zero.

Step 1
You bring your own Claude account
The assistant runs on Claude, the AI model from Anthropic. You open the account and pay Anthropic directly, so your data and your conversations stay under your name, not ours.
Step 2
We build, install and train it
We set it up on its own server, connect it to your email and the tools you already use, load it with your business facts, and build the fifteen skills you chose. Then we train it on how you actually work, with you in the room, until the drafts sound like you.
Step 3
It runs on its own server
Not on your laptop and not in a browser tab you have to keep open. It runs around the clock on a server we manage, and reaches you by email, text or chat, whichever you use.

Why do I need my own Claude account?
So the account, the conversations and the data belong to you. If you ever stop working with us, the assistant and everything it learned stay yours. We never share one account across clients.
What does $500 a month cover?
Hosting the server it runs on, keeping it updated, fixing anything that breaks, and two one on one training calls a month with us to adjust skills as your business changes. Always just you and us, never a group session. Your Claude account is paid separately to Anthropic.
How long does the build take?
It depends on how fast we get access and your business facts. We agree the timeline on the kickoff call and tell you the date you will get your first morning summary.
What do you need from me?
A kickoff call, access to your email and the tools you want it connected to, a list of your products and prices, and a few examples of emails you have written that sound like you.
Why only two?
Each build is hands on and the training is done with you, not from a template. Two at a time is what we can do well.
